In December, OMOD decided that, instead of using the proposed direct editing of NTE rates, they would reopen the TACCP database for editing. While the initial TACCP/WLA database-editing website was functional by January 22, complications with adding CNMP, additional reports, and training materials showed the editing website until March 11, with national training on March 25. This database will be open for editing until May 5. NRIAI developed this site as an intermediate step in revising the TSP NTE rates. The timetable below shows the proposed interaction between these two websites.

About 481 files including about 100 .ASP pages editing a 150mb Access database.

Future

Plans are to have the database closed on May 5. I expect there will be some revisions, and reopenings for more editing through much of May. The database/website is documented, and could be reused for later edits of TACCP, WLA, and CNMP data by OMOD. The site is portable to any agency Windows 2000 Server.
